Like most companies, our customers are short on support staffing so they rely on us to “just take care of it” and get an existing process out of their facility in a way that is seamless to their customer. We spend a lot of time understanding the current condition, past performance, and target condition so that we are all successful in the transition.
Light AssemblyWe specialize in light assembly using an array of technologies. Examples include: orbital riveting, impact riveting, spot welding, hardware insertion, felt application and much more.
Typical assembly volumes range from 4,000 - 400,000 pcs/year. |
Stamping - Progressive Dies & Single HitWe have a 60 ton Minster OBI press equipped with new Cieco controls, servo coil feeder, material straightener and coil reel.
We utilize sensors to protect tooling which enable higher production rates resulting in lower overall cost to our customers. |
Deburring & Part CleaningTo ensure consistent quality and short lead times, we perform deburring, part cleaning and polishing in-house using an 11 cuft vibratory bowl and cob dryer.
